How much does a custom build cost?
It depends on scope, but we're upfront. An online store starts at R9 950 plus R395/month, a client portal from R14 950 plus R495/month, and larger business systems are scoped and quoted per project. You'll always have a fixed price in hand before any work begins.
How long does it take?
Most stores and portals take four to eight weeks from sign-off; bigger systems take a little longer. We give you a realistic timeline in the scope, and we build in the open — so you're never left wondering where things stand.
Do I own the system and data?
Yes. The system is built for your business and your data is yours — full stop. If you ever decide to move on, we'll help you take it with you. No hostage situations, no locked doors.
What payment methods can a store accept?
The ones your customers already use — PayFast, card and EFT. We set these up and test them properly, so money lands in your account cleanly and order confirmations go out automatically.
Can you integrate with tools I already use?
Usually, yes. Accounting, email, calendars, courier services — if there's a sensible way to connect it, we'll scope it in. And if something can't be integrated cleanly, we'll tell you straight rather than bolt on something fragile.
Can you link my website to QuickBooks?
Yes. We can connect your website or online store to QuickBooks so orders, invoices and payments flow through automatically, with no re-typing. If your accountant prefers Sage or Xero, we can link to those instead.

Can an online store sync with my accounting?
